People talk about "Time Management", but that is a very superficial, unhelpful and misleading phrase.  Time is something that cannot be managed. No matter what we do, it continues to pass and there is nothing we can do to stop that process.

This is the time when you have the most energy, the time of day when you can really get things done. I call that "Prime Time", and identifying it and protecting it is a critical component of Time Accountability.

The Commitment Review

It is important to review all the commitments that you choose to make, and a good place to start is to look at everything that you do that is not specifically related to your business. What I mean by that is activities that involve meetings or events outside the office that are not directly connected to everyday work issues.
